For iPhones, check the 'Files' app or the 'Photos' app if you've saved it there.

My download history is suddenly empty, are my files gone?

Like we've mentioned in our Privacy Policy we are not saving your download history. The history is created on your device only. This means that if you clear your browsers cache, history or, on Android devices, update the App - it happens that the history will be cleared. But don't worry, your files are still on your device. You can find them in your downloads folder or in the "Internal Storage" folder on your Android device.
